Simple, homey, and delicious, all five locations of The Meatball Shop have a special charm to them that keeps you coming back.

Focusing on traditional meatballs, The Meatball Shop goes way beyond spaghetti and subs! Different varieties of balls include classic beef, spicy pork, chicken, veggies, and a daily rotating special flavor that constantly mixes up proteins and sauces for intriguing combinations. Balls can be served atop spaghetti or rigatoni, white beans, polenta, risotto, or mashed potatoes, and dressed in a variety of sauces, from parmesan cream to mushroom gravy to spicy meat sauce. Salads, sandwiches, and sliders are also all available.

Indecisive? No worries. Order on the dim sum style write-on menu with a dry-erase marker, and re-do your order as many times as you need until you're set. Of course, seconds are always an option. At under $10, most entrees are plenty filling and leave you with a budget to return soon to try a new combination.

Inside the restaurants, some of which boast communal tables, other feature social seating at the bar, hip hop, rap, and oldies play, leading to frequent sing-alongs and dance parties, a perfect accompaniment to your meatball evening.

A full drink menu with housemade cocktails is also offered, and the drinks are truly fantastic. Homemade ice cream can be stirred into a boozy root beer float, and homemade lemonade makes for a good mixer.

Fresh and flavorful food isn't always affordable, but The Meatball Stop succeeds at both, all in a hip and fun environment.
